Faulty or misdescribed files

If your digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for a purpose we agreed, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or another statutory remedy. These rights apply even after you download the files.

Change of mind

Digital content supplied without a physical medium normally has a fourteen-day cancellation period from the contract date. For immediate downloads, we ask you to expressly request delivery and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins. We record that agreement and include it in your order confirmation. If delivery has not begun, contact us promptly to exercise any cancellation right that remains.

Duplicate or incorrect purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us. We will check the transactions and correct a confirmed duplicate or payment error.

Custom work

Custom project cancellation and payment stages are set out in your written quote, subject to applicable consumer rights. Work will not begin during a statutory cancellation period without the required express request. We will explain any proportionate charge for work already supplied.

Requesting help or cancellation

Tell us your name, the account email, order reference, purchase date and whether you are requesting help or cancelling. You can use the following wording: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [product or service], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. My name is [name] and my account email is [email].” No special form is required.

Refund processing

Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and return it using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Statutory refunds will be made within the applicable legal time limit, normally within fourteen days of agreeing entitlement. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
