The seller

Products and compatibility

We sell downloadable website themes, landing pages, design assets and business templates. Each product page describes the included files and price. Our website templates use HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You are responsible for choosing suitable hosting, editing the source and connecting any form or third-party service.

Concept mockups illustrate a visual direction. The live template preview and included-file description show what is delivered. Unless expressly included, hosting, domain registration, installation, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are separate.

Your account

You must create an account and verify your email before purchasing. Keep access to your email account secure. Do not share your account or download access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The total payable is shown before payment. We do not add undisclosed fees. Any applicable taxes must be disclosed in the final total. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may correct a genuine pricing error before acceptance and will contact you rather than charge a different amount without agreement.

Delivery

After confirmed payment, your download and invoice appear in your account. We also send an order email. If an email is delayed, you can still sign in to check your order. If files are unavailable or damaged, contact us with your order reference. We will restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.

Immediate access and cancellation

Before we begin immediate delivery of digital content, we ask for your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the fourteen-day cancellation right once supply begins. If you do not give this agreement, checkout will not proceed with immediate delivery; contact us to discuss your options. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected. See our refund policy.

Using your purchase

Your purchase grants the licence described on our licence page. It does not transfer ownership of our source products. You may adapt licensed files for your permitted project. You may not redistribute or resell the original or substantially equivalent template files as a competing product.

Custom work

Custom themes start from £100. The scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment stages, revision allowance and ownership terms will be agreed in a written quote before work begins. An enquiry is not an order. Additional work requires your agreement to a revised quote.

For consumer service contracts agreed at a distance, cancellation rights may apply for fourteen days. Starting work during that period requires a separate express request. If you cancel after requesting an early start, a proportionate charge may apply for work already supplied. The right to cancel a fully performed service is lost only where the legal conditions are met.

Support and responsibility

We provide reasonable assistance with access problems and defects in supplied files. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party tool. You are responsible for your content, lawful use, backups and changes you make. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Concerns and disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
